I was absolutely thrilled with my driver Val !! I only use car services when I travel & I believe this was one of the best overall drivers I have had the pleasure to be paired with over the years. Again, amazing !! Even on the return when our cruise ship was two & a half hours off schedule, Val was right there to pick us up & whisk us away !!! And on arrival Val was right there even before the baggage claim area ! Great experience ! Wonderful, thank you very much! I was afraid of transportation between the airport and the hotel, especially in terms of security, as I'm a stranger, a woman with a little girl. But Black Car Service provides very nice and safe service. The driver waited for my arrival patiently, though I took a long time at the US immigration. Very impressed with how on time/early the drivers were. We had just landed and were still on the plane waiting to get off when the driver called that he was in baggage claim. On our return trip home, the driver arrived 10 mins early, we were ready so it worked perfectly. It was a great service. It was nice to have drivers that were prompt, it was great to not have to share a shuttle with other travelers and it worked perfectly for out trip. Our teenage children flew to Florida and had a driver from the Sanford Airport into Orlando. The driver was very courteous there and upon the return trip back home. Even a little earlier than requested. Very easy to schedule. This company was trustworthy, no hidden charges, prepaid, and timely. Would book ground transportation again without a doubt. Both drivers we had on arrival and departure were extremely courteous and pleasant to deal with. Upon arrival the driver was waiting for us at the airport but more importantly on our departure date the driver was there 5 to 10 minutes early which is far more important when your going to the airport. One thing that stands out more important to my wife and I was the day we were leaving for the airport. It started raining extremely hard at times and our driver slowed down for the road conditions which showed us just how important that safety on the roads was a priority. Used the website to book our Black Car Orlando airport transfers for our family holiday. The communication from Paul who took our booking was very responsive and helpful. On both legs of our journey the cars were nice, clean and big enough for our luggage. The drivers were caring, took an interest in our travel and were also informative with regards to the local area for us 1st timers. We were late due to getting delayed at passport control. Paul was very polite and even apologized for us being kept waiting even though he was the one doing the waiting. Very clean and spacious. Air conditioner was just what the doctor ordered. As I said earlier we kept driver waiting on arrival.On departure I requested an earlier pick up to which Paul obliged. You''re the best! You''re instruction said to turn our phones on as soon as our flight arrived. We received a call from our driver to let us know he was there to pick us up within a minute! Since we had never used you''re service before we were a bit nervous about getting to the airport on time, especially since we needed to be picked up at 4:00 a.m. and it was 40 minutes to the airport.
